The next day my tutor brought me to the City Halls to apply for Alien Registration (For all the non-Japanese staying in Japan must register within 90 days of arrival in Japan)
Besides, foreigner nationals living in Japan for 1 year or more must buy a National Health Insurance. If there is any event of illness or injury resulting in hospital care, we’ll only be required to cover 30% of the medical fees by showing the health insurance certificate.
At night, we had a TAKOYAKI PARTY at my tutor – Saki’s house. These are her friends , from the left behind row is T , Kanami, Teru and her younger sister.
Cabbage, egg, cheese, Octopus and mayonnaise are the necessary ingredient in making traditional Takoyaki.
Around 11.00pm , the party ended. And I walked back to the international House where I stay and tidy up the stuff I bought this morning. I couldn’t sleep well yesterday since the there was no blanket , pillow and I dunno how to switch on the heater, it was a super freezing nite for me, woke up few times at night coz it’s freaking cold yesterday even I wore more than 5 pieces of thick jackets. Without hesitation, I bough t a set of futon ( about 7990 yen ) to secure the warmness by tonight and future !! It looks fit to my bed.
To get our place set up, 100 yen shop would be best choice for us (student) . Just like the RM 5 shop in Malaysia. And, the things sold in 100 yen definitely not low quality, there are many household stuff for you to shop and they are cheap . These were the things I bought this morning.
